Update Regarding Returned Mail and Donation Processing

We want to reach out with an important update. Recently, the United States Postal Service has been experiencing operational issues that have affected mail delivery from across the US into Jacksonville, FL. Unfortunately, some of our incoming mail was unexpectedly returned to donors — something that should not have happened.

We understand how concerning and inconvenient this may be, and we want to assure you that the issue is on USPS's end. They are aware of the problem and working to resolve it.
